How to set ‘Auto Reply’ for an enquiry?

When a user sends an enquiry through the App, they receive an auto-reply as an acknowledgment. This auto-reply can be set with ease.

● The auto-reply received by the user on sending an enquiry.
● Log in to your VirtuBox account
● Click on the ‘My App’ option from the main menu
(The main menu is on the left-hand side of the screen)
● Info Tab will open by default
● Under Basic Info Section, find Enquiry Auto-Reply option
● Enter the auto-reply, eg; 'Thank you, we will get back to you soon”
● Click on submit
● Click on ok to continue
● Open App and click on the forms icon on the Banner
● Send a test message
● You will receive a system-generated auto notification on your device
