This organization is established for improving the vast potential of exporting Indian Handicrafts. It is one of the India’s first state of the art project for cottage sector wherein Round ‘O’ Clock International Marketing has been conceptualized. They have more than 29 Conference Halls & is the most modern, largest, integrated and multipurpose exhibition & convention centre.
Centre was facing difficulty to navigate & many times it happens when any event happens and multiple exhibitors are there, visitors have problem in where to go thus creating chaos.
Communicating all the information which Centre wants visitors/stakeholders to know through physical or non-interactive digital kiosk wasnt easy. They lacked the same.
Enquiry & feedback were handled manually because of which there was no track and hence no improvement on Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Apart from physical banners/hoardings/digital marketing, they didnt have any reliable medium to give details and update about everything related to the event in/outside the centre. Thus facing problems in less gentry.
Centre wanted to have a medium which can be best utilized in generating revenue for them. By selling the space or doing promotions of exhibitions, they wanted to cash in.
Communicating all the information which a visitor/stakeholders who are in/out of the centre, wants to know is not that easy through manual intervention or non-interactive kiosk, considering large crowd is there. They wanted to have a all-in-one kind of interactive system, and that too in multiple units, to address the same.
It is a problem faced especially by new visitors. They dont get information about nearby areas which could be a potential medium of tourism and can boost revenue of accomodation, cab services and food area etc. nearby.
Not only an information medium, but the centre also wanted a medium to check the performance of the tool so that it can help them to increase revenue and ROI. Also in this way, they want to increase branding and hence get monetary benefits.
