As the campus is spread in 1200 acres, it was difficult for the visitors/students to locate what they are looking for.


Communicating all the information which University wants users to know through physical or non- interactive digital kiosk was not easy.

Enquiry & feedback were handled manually because of which there was no track and hence no improvement on the communication between students, faculty and other admin staff.

Apart from physical banners/notice boards/social media handlings, they didnt have any reliable medium to give details and update about admission, campus, examination, faculty info, nearby places detailed info in/outside the centre. Thus facing ambiguity amongst visitors/new /existing students.

When counselling happens, students visit alongwith their family and guardians. The entire process is time-taking which makes the people accompanying students bored. To create interest and awareness about the University, they are required to have a medium which they can use during their spare time.
